Every Crew experience connects to one or more practical capabilities. Children are never ranked, graded, or publicly profiled. They are encouraged to grow at their own readiness level and celebrate real progress together.

Original CREATE recognition gathers related capabilities into something meaningful. It represents demonstrated growth, not attendance.

A season includes six Crew meetings, small home or community challenges, a larger project, parent recaps, and a clear next step for continued growth.
For families
Parent recaps make growth visible.
After a meeting, families can see what happened, why it matters, an easy conversation prompt, and a short next challenge. Recaps are prepared in the private journey experience as enrollment becomes available.
